Your Role at Weekendesk

As a Sales Project Intern, you'll be the trusted advisor for our clients who choose our unique travel experiences. Through phone and email, you'll be their go-to source of information, ensuring their reservations go smoothly and they have the time of their lives

Here's what your day-to-day will look like:

  • Providing attentive and personalized assistance to our clients.
  • Managing reservations applying sales techniques and addressing client needs and inquiries.
  • Upselling and cross-selling our products to enhance the client's experience.
  • Enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Follow up on customer requests to ensure timely resolution.
  • Use call center tools, such as CRM software, to record and manage customer interactions.

Does This Sound Like You?

  • Student or recent graduate in Communication, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Fluent in Spanish
    and
    French
    .
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • People-oriented: Strong communication abilities, flexibility, active listening, and empathy.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude in the face of challenges.
  • Basic knowledge of computer tools and software.
  • Eager to learn and grow professionally in a fast-paced environment.

Full time from Monday to Friday, 10h to 19h + 1 hour lunch.

500€/net per month.
