We are looking for a talented
Middleware-File Transfer Administrator
to join our team for a multinational leader in the banking sector located in Madrid.


Key Responsibilities:

  • This position focuses on the management of the File Transfers infrastructure for all European countries where the client is present.
  • This infrastructure offers services in high-availability environments to ensure timely and high-quality file exchanges within the client's network and with external counterparties.
  • Due to the large number of assets to manage, the ability to build and manage scripts to automate operations is key.
  • Vulnerability and obsolescence remediation, proactive improvements, and action plans for incidents are integral parts of the day-to-day responsibilities of this position.
  • Working in accordance with the ITIL methodology is a standard practice in this and other IT areas.


Skills:

Essential:

  • Expertise for 2-3 years on AXWAY file transfer technologies: CFT, Secure Transport.
  • Expertise on high availability environments.
  • Expertise on Linux environments (advanced user skills. Not admin skills are needed).
  • Automation - scripting capabilities.
  • Team and collaborative working to develop and deliver appropriate solutions skills.
  • Customer service-oriented skills.
  • Experience of delivering strategic priorities within strict timelines.
  • Ability to work in a Self-managed environment.
  • Certificate & key authentication knowledge.
  • High English spoken and written fluent (B2/C).

Desirable:

  • Expertise on other Axway File transfer products (XFB Gateway, Flow Manager, Sentinel).
  • Ansible skills.
  • Service now knowledge (advanced user skills. Not admin skills are needed).
  • French spoken and written will be valued.
