Desde Claro Consulting estamos ayudando a Momabikes a incorporar una persona para su departamento de Atención al Cliente y Soporte Postventa con dominio de inglés y francés.

Tu misión
Utilizando los idiomas inglés y francés, serás la persona encargada de gestionar las consultas e incidencias postventa, acompañando al cliente en todo el proceso tras la compra. Tu rol será clave para garantizar una atención cercana, profesional y eficaz, trabajando en coordinación con los departamentos internos (logística, almacén, administración) y contribuyendo activamente a la mejora del servicio.
Responsabilidades
Atender consultas de clientes sobre productos, pedidos y envíos
Tramitar devoluciones, cambios, reembolsos e incidencias postventa
Coordinar con logística y almacén para asegurar la correcta resolución de cada caso
Supervisar productos devueltos y realizar el seguimiento hasta el cierre de la incidencia
Gestionar tickets a través de plataformas como Zendesk
Realizar encuestas de satisfacción y colaborar en la mejora continua del servicio
Requisitos
Experiencia previa en atención al cliente o postventa
Dominio de herramientas de atención al cliente (Zendesk u otras)
Buenas habilidades organizativas, atención al detalle y orientación a la resolución de problemas
Nivel fluido de español, inglés y francés
Actitud empática, resolutiva y con ganas de aportar en un entorno dinámico
