EMEA Partner Marketing Manager

As part of our mission to accelerate growth and strengthen our market presence across EMEA, we're looking for a strategic and results-driven Partner Marketing Manager. This role will lead joint go-to-market initiatives with key Hyperscaler partners and collaborate closely with regional and country marketing leaders to build impactful, scalable partner programs.
The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on—able to design co-marketing plans, drive sponsorships and activations at industry summits, and ensure alignment with business objectives to generate pipeline across partner ecosystems.
What You Will Be Doing- Drive Joint Go-to-Market with Hyperscalers
- Localize and execute hyperscaler GTM activities across EMEA, aligned to global priorities and shared pipeline and revenue targets.
- Manage sponsorships, marketing activations, and joint presence at Hyperscaler summits and industry events.
- Collaborate with Hyperscaler partner teams globally and regionally on campaign execution, demand generation, and co-branded content.
- Build Regional and Country-Level Partner Programs
- Activate marketing for partners prioritized by country marketing leads and partner managers in the quarterly Focus Partner program.
- Treat one key partner per subregion as a "strategic account," applying an ABM-style approach to deepen engagement and drive measurable outcomes.
- Promote partner enablement and engagement through consistent communication, updates, and collaboration tools.
- Develop and Execute Partner Campaigns
- Co-create marketing campaigns with partners that leverage their local market insights and reach.
- Produce joint marketing assets (e.g., case studies, webinars, whitepapers, customer stories) to showcase partnership success.
- Drive partner-led digital and field campaigns to increase awareness, engagement, and pipeline contribution.
- Manage Partner Marketing Operations and Performance
- Contribute updates to the partner portal to ensure partners have easy access to current, relevant resources.
- Simplify and scale processes to enable more programs, better visibility, and measurable success.
- Track and measure KPIs to quantify the impact of partner marketing initiatives, reviewing data regularly to identify improvement opportunities.
- Drive Partner Motivation and Recognition
- Implement value propositions and incentive programs that encourage active partner participation.
- Manage MDF and performance-based rewards, ensuring clear ROI and alignment with strategic goals.
- Celebrate partner success through recognition programs, awards, and shared storytelling.
- 5 +years of experience in Partner Marketing or Channel Marketing, ideally in a B2B technology or SaaS environment.
- Proven ability to design and execute joint go-to-market campaigns with Hyperscalers (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Strong understanding of EMEA market dynamics, cultural nuances, and regional marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with experience handling marketing workflows, reporting, and campaign performance analysis.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment—balancing strategic priorities with hands-on execution.
