What you will do

• Advise local and international clients on tailored insurance solutions.
• Generate and manage new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships with professionalism and care.
• Work within a truly multicultural and international team.

What we are looking for

• Languages:
  German (mandatory), English and Spanish
  .
• Strong
  organizational skills, dynamism, and commercial mindset
  .
• Results-oriented with the ability to build trust and inspire confidence.
• Previous experience in
  insurance or sales
  is a
  plus
  , but not a requirement — we value motivation, learning attitud, and genuine care for clients.

• Summer schedule
  (July 1st – September 15th): 8:00 – 15:00.
• Winter schedule
  : Monday to Thursday 8:30 – 17:00; Friday 8:30 – 15:00.
