Para eso, te necesitamos Buscamos un/a API Governance Engineer (Asíncronas y REST) para incorporarse a un proyecto estratégico de un cliente líder del sector bancario de Glintt Next, con foco en el gobierno de APIs REST y la definición de eventos en arquitecturas Event-Driven (EDA). Este rol cubre todo lo del perfil REST y, además, lidera estándares, calidad y trazabilidad de eventos.

¿Cómo será tu día a día en Glintt Next?

  • Diseñar, definir y documentar APIs REST y asíncronas (Swagger/OpenAPI + AsyncAPI 2.x/3.x).
  • Definir y mantener estándares y guías para soluciones REST/EDA (gobierno end-to-end).
  • Modelar eventos con event storming y apoyar la definición funcional/técnica con negocio.
  • Alinear conceptos EDA: eventos vs comandos, orquestación vs coreografía, SAGA y compensación.
  • Trabajar con esquemas de datos y compatibilidad (ideal: Avro + buenas prácticas de versionado).
  • Validar calidad de definiciones (informes/scoring) y desarrollar/operar linters de validación.
  • Impulsar CI/CD y automatización de validaciones de APIs y eventos.
  • Gestionar ciclo de vida: versionado, documentación, monitoreo, deprecación.
  • Gestionar catálogos/dominios: inventario de APIs y eventos, ownership y control.
  • Asegurar auditoría, trazabilidad, event lineage y observabilidad.
  • Seguridad y control de acceso en APIs/eventos: encripción, ACLs, OAuth, IAM policies, JWT, IdP, mTLS, certificados.
  • Evangelización: workshops, adopción de EDA, buenas prácticas y enfoque negocio.

¿Qué creemos que necesitas tener?

  • Experiencia media en API governance (REST) + gobierno/definición en EDA.
  • Manejo sólido de AsyncAPI y modelado/definición de eventos (event storming).
  • Conocimiento conceptual y aplicado de patrones EDA (SAGA/compensación, coreografía/orquestación).
  • Experiencia con calidad (scoring, validaciones, linters) y automatización CI/CD.
  • Seguridad en APIs/eventos (OAuth/JWT/IdP/mTLS/certificados; ACLs/IAM).
  • Capacidad para liderar iniciativas transversales y conectar negocio-tecnología.
  • Plus: BIAN; experiencia con Kafka y Schema Registry.
