Data Project Manager

who shares the spirit and values of our company. We are looking for someone with experience in managing data projects and teams, capable of coordinating complex initiatives in an international environment and acting as a bridge between business and technical teams.

We expect you to have a technical background that allows you to run queries in
SQL and Python

, analyze data, and hold technical conversations with the team
.

Your Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end management of data projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality are met.
  • Coordination and leadership of data teams.
  • Generating presentations, communicating results and coordinating actions with stakeholders in an international environment.
  • Monitoring the roadmap of data products and projects, aligning business needs with team capabilities.
  • Identification of risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement within projects.
  • Supporting the definition of priorities and planning of the team's work.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of
    5 years of experience

in Project Manager roles, preferably in data-related projects.
- Practical knowledge of
SQL and Python

.
- Experience working with
agile methodologies

(Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Knowledge or experience with
Azure Data Factory (ADF)

and
Databricks

is a plus.

And Additionally:

  • You are a team player who values collaboration and quality work.
  • You're proactive and solution-oriented.
  • You have full proficiency in English.
  • You're currently living in Madrid.
