*Key Responsibilities*

  • Prepare and present authentic Hindi cuisine dishes to the highest standards.
  • Monitor food production, quality, and consistency daily.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Adapt menus to accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions.
  • Collaborate effectively with a multicultural team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a cook, including hands-on experience with Hindi cuisine preparation and presentation.
  • Strong knowledge of hygiene and health regulations in the kitchen.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic and demanding environment.

  • Flexibility to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends.
