Your Main Responsibilities Will Include
Prepare and execute
dishes with precision, creativity, and respect for the resort's quality standards.
Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and food safety
, following health regulations and brand procedures.
Collaborate closely with the kitchen brigade
and other Food & Beverage departments to ensure seamless and exceptional service.
Oversee mise en place
, portion control, and proper storage of ingredients and products.
Contribute ideas and creativity
to menu development and special culinary projects, reflecting the resort's gastronomic excellence.
Support and guide new team members
, sharing knowledge and best practices.
Uphold The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards

What We Expect From You...
Previous experience as a cook in a hotel or fine-dining restaurant.
Solid knowledge of culinary techniques, food handling, and safety procedures.
Genuine passion for gastronomy and excellence in presentation and flavor.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining calm, order, and precision.
Strong sense of teamwork and a positive attitude.
Flexibility and eagerness to learn and grow.
Basic or intermediate English level preferred.
Valid work permit for Spain.
