About the role

We are seeking a talented and versatile Copywriter to join our team in Barcelona and support with both eCommerce and social media assets. If you have a passion for creating engaging content that captivates and converts, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, this role could be perfect for you

Responsibilities:

  • Write compelling and persuasive product descriptions, landing pages, email campaigns, and other digital content for eCommerce platforms.
  • Write original copy and edit content including captions, copy-in, and video scripts for a range of social media assets, ensuring they are on brief, to spec, and on brand.
  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure copy aligns with the brief, brand identity, and business goals.
  • Help develop a consistent and engaging tone of voice for multiple brands, driving customer engagement and boosting conversions.
  • Ensure all copy adheres to best practices according to the platform and context, focusing on clarity, conciseness, and a user-friendly approach.
  • Implement edits from Senior Creatives, clients, and regulatory experts when necessary.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of proven copywriting experience, ideally within the eCommerce and social media space.
  • Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with excellent grammar and communication skills.
  • Experience writing for various formats and channels (social media, product descriptions, email marketing, ads, landing pages, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and eCommerce trends, including knowledge of platforms like Shopify and Amazon.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong research skills with a knack for identifying trends and consumer behavior insights.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools is such a plus.
  • Familiarity with the European regulatory practices for personal care products, such as vitamins and supplements.

Languages:

  • English: native or near-native (mandatory)
  • Spanish (preferred for working with a primarily Spanish-speaking team)
