This time, we're searching for a Creative Design Analyst with a focus in video, to join our growth squad. The right candidate will be responsible for bringing new creative ideas by designing great mobile ads to make sure our clients' mobile advertising campaigns stand out from the rest.

Tasks and responsibilities

• Create high-end video ads and motion graphics for mobile campaigns, handling the process from storyboarding to final render.
• Transform static assets (images, logos, UI elements) into dynamic, engaging video creatives using motion graphics.
• Edit and optimize existing footage to align with the client's brand vision and performance goals.
• Iterate on creative concepts , producing multiple variations of video ads to test different hooks and visual styles.
• Stay up to date with the latest video trends , visual effects, and best practices for mobile advertising (social media and in-app networks).

Skills And Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro is a MUST.
• Strong foundation in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (essential for preparing assets for animation).
• Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating expertise in motion graphics, video editing, and visual storytelling.
• Good conversational English level (Spanish is not mandatory).
• Ability to work fast and maintain high quality under tight deadlines.
• Experience with AI video tools.
