Job Description
Job Summary –
• You are interested in companies, customers and market behavior and methods to measure and anticipate it. Moreover:
• You are a data driven person, with a passion to identify patterns in the data, identify the root causes, and suggest solutions from complex datasets.
• You are passionate about coding, simplifying the complexity, automation and making processes more efficient.
• You are keen on building and maintaining contacts with users/ clients, data scientists, and project managers and provide advanced analytics recommendations.
• You are never satisfied until a problem is solved.
Years of experience needed – 5+ Years
(At least 5 years' working experience in business analysis, project management skills being a plus)
Technical Skills:
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability for analysis.
• Conduct data analysis to gain insights into business processes, performance, and trends.
• Identify opportunities to automate data analyses and streamline reporting.
• Leverage data science software like Python as well as analytics/visualization tools like Excel, PowerBI and Tableau to transform raw data into meaningful insights.
• Determine the most effective ways to visualize data, ensuring clarity and actionable insights.
• Present the results and recommendations to the project team and contribute to the action plan for improvements.
• Be in contact with users, assess their feedback and propose path forwards on how to improve the possible solutions.
• Work independently, taking ownership of deliverables and driving them to successful completion
Certifications Needed:
• Must be, at least, intermediate in Python.
• Extensive knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Powerbi.
• Excellent analytical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to think creatively and suggest original solutions to business.
• Strong verbal and written communication/presentation skills.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in business, Economics or any relevant field;
• English proficiency
Experience required includes:
Experience in deploying ML and data science solutions.
Project management certifications: PMI, Agile
