Are you an experienced engineer motivated by complex technical challenges and passionate about leading teams?

We are looking for a
Software Engineering Team Lead
to define the technical direction of our products, support developers in their growth, and deliver reliable, high-performing and scalable solutions.

In this role, you will drive high-impact projects using technologies such as C#, .NET Core and Web APIs, working closely with Product, Design and QA teams. You will play a key role in ensuring delivery quality, reducing technical debt and continuously improving engineering practices.

Your leadership will directly help us deliver products that exceed our customers' expectations.

This is a hybrid position, with three days per week in our Barcelona office.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Lead the design, development and delivery of high-quality products and systems.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the team.
  • Oversee product architecture and ensure clear communication of the roadmap.
  • Define and promote engineering standards and best practices.
  • Act as a trusted partner for technical decision-making and innovation.
  • Support the growth of your team through coaching and performance evaluation.
  • Reduce technical debt and ensure system scalability.
  • In an agile environment, manage a team of 6 developers.
  • Contribute to upskilling initiatives, facilitate communities of practice and collaborate with peers on cross-functional projects.

Essential skills:

  • C#, .NET Core (preferred) / .NET
  • Web APIs.
  • Fluency in French and advanced level of English.

Desired skills:

  • Web Services.
  • Azure / AWS.
