Sales Assistant team.
Your mission

As a Sales Assistant at HOFF, you'll be the face of the brand, making sure every customer enjoys a unique shopping experience while contributing to the store's success.

• Customer Experience: Welcome, engage, and advise our customers, ensuring every visit is memorable.
• Sales Support: Drive sales by understanding customer needs, showcasing products, and supporting in achieving store targets.
• Visual Merchandising: Help maintain the store's image, keeping displays aligned with HOFF's guidelines and standards.
• Operations: Assist with daily store operations, from stock replenishment and fitting room support to cashier duties when needed.
• Team Spirit: Collaborate with your colleagues to create an inspiring and positive atmosphere in the store.

Interested?
Here's the kind of profile we're looking for

• 1–2 years of experience in fashion retail, ideally in high-volume fashion retail or premium/lifestyle brands.
• A natural flair for customer service and sales.
• High level of spoken English (other languages will be highly valued).
• Interest in fashion, sneakers, and lifestyle trends.
• A proactive, team-player attitude with strong communication skills.
• Valid work permit for the Netherlands is required.
