En Econocom Servicios, buscamos un Referente Técnico para equipos Infraestructura IT que se convierta en un pilar fundamental de nuestro equipo: no solo actuarás como el experto técnico de referencia, sino que también será responsable de coordinar y optimizar el funcionamiento de nuestros servicios.

Descripción del Puesto:

  • Asegurar el correcto funcionamiento, seguimiento y mejora del servicio a nivel técnico.
  • Participar activamente en la gestión del servicio.

Competencias Técnicas:

  • Servidores: Wintel/Linux
  • Virtualización (Hyper-V, VMware)
  • SAN Storage (Pure/Dell)
  • Monitorización (Solarwind, Pandora, otros)
  • Backup (Veeam)
  • Netscaler (LB)

Competencias Técnicas valorables:

  • O365
  • Active Directory / PowerShell / Azure AD
  • DNS
  • Citrix Virtualización y
  • Hardware: Chasis HP & Dell
  • Gestión de certificados: creación y Nebula
  • Networking LAN/WIFI (Switches Cisco/HP)
  • Bases de datos: Oracle y SQL Server
  • ITIL

Requisitos Mínimos:

  • Experiencia contrastada en roles técnicos y experiencia liderando equipos/proyectos.
  • Idiomas: Inglés B2.

Competencias Personales:

  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y trato con el cliente.
  • Liderazgo y gestión de equipos.
  • Alta capacidad de coordinación, organización y planificación.
  • Análisis y resolución de problemas.
  • Proactividad y gestión de crisis/incidencias.

Condiciones:

  • Tipo de contrato indefinido.
  • Ubicación: Madrid
  • Horario: L-V 9-18
  • Plan de formación y de carrera.
