Palex desea incorporar un/a Field Service Engineer a su Departamento Técnico (SAT) para cubrir la zona de Sevilla.

La persona seleccionada será responsable de brindar soporte técnico a equipos electromédicos integrados en redes hospitalarias.

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Implantación e integración de sistemas y equipos médicos en entornos hospitalarios (HIS, RIS, PACS).
  • Configuración y soporte de infraestructuras de red: direccionamiento IP, VPN, firewalls y VLANs.
  • Administración de accesos y usuarios (Active Directory, gestión de roles y permisos).
  • Soporte técnico tanto remoto como in situ, en coordinación con los equipos de IT hospitalarios.
  • Instalación, mantenimiento y resolución de incidencias en hardware electromédico.
  • Colaboración transversal con otros departamentos para asegurar el correcto funcionamiento de las soluciones y el cumplimiento de los objetivos del área.

Requisitos:

  • Formación universitaria en Ingeniería Informática, Industrial, Biomédica o similar.
  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en roles de soporte técnico en campo y una trayectoria profesional de al menos 4 años.
  • Conocimientos en Windows Server, SQL Server, virtualización, redes, escritorio remoto y protocolos de integración sanitaria (HL7).
  • Nivel de inglés intermedio-alto (B2 o superior).
  • Carnet de conducir y disponibilidad para desplazamientos.
  • Se valorará especialmente experiencia previa en entornos hospitalarios y conocimientos en electrónica.
