En BESTSELLER, empresa referente en moda, buscamos un Product Specialist para nuestra oficina de Madrid.

Esta posición tiene como objetivo trabajar en la consecución de objetivos en el desarrollo de las colecciones, alineados con la estrategia de producto, trabajando de forma diaria con los equipos de diseño y compras para desarrollar el producto adecuado para cada temporada.

Responsabilidades principales:

Producto

  • Ayudar a definir la arquitectura de colección y las necesidades de producto (fashion vs core de familias y profundidades).
  • Asegurar coherencia comercial entre diseño, precio, calidad y volumen.
  • Trabajar de la mano con el equipo de diseño y de compras en el desarrollo de las colecciones

Análisis de mercado y competencia:

  • Benchmark continuo de la competencia
  • Detección de tendencias
  • Detectar oportunidades

Análisis de ventas

  • Seguimiento de KPIs de ventas
  • Análisis para la repetición o escalado del producto.
  • Mejora continua basada en datos y aprendizaje de campañas anteriores.
Perfil requerido

Experiencia

  • Al menos 5 años de experiencia
  • Background en product management o compras

Skills

  • Mentalidad comercial.
  • Capacidad analítica + sensibilidad por la moda.
  • Capacidad para tomar decisiones basadas en negocio
