The Role: Senior Full Stack Engineer with a Product Mindset

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer who thinks beyond just writing code. This role is perfect for someone who loves solving real-world problems, has a deep sense of ownership over the product, and thrives on building user-centric solutions. You will not only develop and maintain scalable software but also influence product decisions, shape user experiences, and iterate quickly based on feedback and data.

What You'll Do

  • Build & Ship Fast
    : Develop, test, and deploy full-stack features with a focus on delivering real value to our users.
  • Own the Product
    : Take responsibility for features from ideation to launch, ensuring they solve real problems for doctors.
  • Talk to Users
    : Collaborate with doctors and medical professionals to understand their pain points and turn insights into impactful solutions.
  • Drive the Roadmap
    : Take ownership of product decisions, working closely with users and leveraging data to shape the direction of Ovianta's platform.
  • Keep Things Smooth
    : Make sure everything runs fast, stays secure, and scales as we grow.
  • Experiment Like a Mad Scientist
    : Test, tweak, and iterate. We love new ideas, and we are all about trying things out and learning from them.

Who You Will Work With

You will be teaming up with Rubén, our tech wizard and former CTO of Playtomic, who has been building and scaling products for 20 years. He has seen it all, from early-stage chaos to full-scale growth, and he is here to help you level up. Then there is Alex, our CEO, who knows the ins and outs of healthcare and pharma like the back of his hand. He makes sure that what we build actually makes a difference where it matters most.

If you have experience with MongoDB or have built APIs before, that is a bonus, but what really matters is your ability to navigate challenging technical landscapes.
