Role purposeThe key purpose of the Maintenance Officer is to support the seamless functioning of all operational elements. The Maintenance Officer is responsible for the general upkeep of the centre which involves routine maintenance tasks, required repairs, and actioning preventative maintenance tasks to avoid retailer and customer disruptions. This role ensures that all systems, including plumbing, electrical and HVAC, are functioning efficiently and safely. The Maintenance Officer is instrumental in maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance, cleanliness, functionality and emergency preparedness through the general up-keep of the centre, contributing to a positive experience for retailers, contractors, staff and customers.Why Vicinity?
