Head Bartender

Requisitos
- Inspirar y liderar al equipo de barra, garantizando un servicio dinámico y excelente.
- Gestionar stock y pedidos, manteniendo la máxima calidad y control.
- Desarrollar y supervisar una carta de cócteles innovadora que refleje la esencia de Pimiento Verde.
- Colaborar con sala y cocina para ofrecer una experiencia integral y única.
¿Qué buscamos?
- Experiencia como responsable de barra en restaurantes de prestigio.
- Conocimientos sólidos de producto, servicio y coctelería.
- Capacidad organizativa, liderazgo y pasión por la hospitalidad.
