Descripción del puesto
El objetivo es coordinar las acciones adecuadas de los técnicos externos para sustituir 500 ordenadores en 6 meses.
- La persona recibirá formación interna y se le proporcionarán las herramientas necesarias.
- La persona deberá prestar asistencia remota a los técnicos desplegados por toda España para la instalación y configuración de ordenadores.
- La persona también contará con el apoyo del personal interno.
- La persona debe ser proactiva y diligente en las tareas. Debe tener habilidades sociales y ser un buen comunicador.
- Horario de trabajo de lunes a viernes de 08:00 a 18:00 con descansos flexibles según necesidades.
Requisitos
- Grado medio o superior en informática
- Experiencia mínima de un año en actividades acordes al puesto ofertado
- Actitud positiva con afinidad al trabajo en equipo y una comunicación eficaz, directa y cercana.
- Alto nivel de inglés (B2 en adelante)
- Carne de conducir y coche propio
- Lugar de residencia en Barcelona con disponibilidad para viajar por funciones del puesto y responsabilidades.
