What You'll Do:

  • Develop impactful digital strategies: Create and implement data-driven campaigns designed to engage French-speaking audiences and boost brand visibility.
  • Manage multi-channel digital campaigns: Oversee SEM, social media, email marketing, display ads, and more, ensuring consistent performance and optimization.
  • Analyze and optimize campaign outcomes: Track performance metrics, analyze results, and adjust strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Audience targeting and segmentation: Design strategies to effectively target the right French-speaking audience segments for maximum engagement and conversion.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams: Work closely with internal teams such as creative, sales, and product to ensure seamless campaign execution aligned with business goals.
  • Stay on top of trends: Continuously monitor digital marketing innovations and emerging trends to keep our campaigns at the forefront of the industry.

What We're Looking For:

  • Fluent in French (both spoken and written): Strong proficiency in French is essential to communicate with and create content for French-speaking audiences.
  • Experience in digital marketing: Proven experience in managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including SEM, social media, and email.
  • Strong analytical skills: Ability to measure, interpret, and leverage campaign data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  • Creative and strategic mindset: A flair for developing innovative marketing ideas that capture attention and drive results.
  • Familiar with marketing tools: Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
  • Self-driven and organized: Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable with flexible work arrangements: Enjoy the option of working hybrid or onsite from our Barcelona office, based on your preference.
