YOUR MISSION
We're looking for a
Data & Process Automation Intern
to join our
Business Transformation team
, supporting key initiatives across
Catalog, Content, and Operations
.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with data, building dashboards, automating workflows, and managing projects that improve how our Q-Commerce teams operate. You'll help optimize processes, visualize performance metrics, and drive efficiency across day-to-day operations.

THE JOURNEY

• Design and maintain dashboards to monitor key KPIs across Content, Catalog, and Ops (e.g. SLAs, agent productivity, #onboardings, AHT, operational performance).
• Support data collection, cleaning, and reporting from various sources (Salesforce, Sheets, PIM, etc.).
• Build and manage automations using tools like Zapier, n8n, or Make (Integromat) to reduce manual work and connect internal systems.
• Act as a junior project manager for selected Business Transformation initiatives — define timelines, track progress, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Document workflows, track metrics, and contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes.
• Collaborate with local and HQ teams to identify data gaps and process inefficiencies, proposing actionable improvements.

What You Will Bring To The Ride

• Strong interest in data, automation, and project management.
• Experience (academic or self-taught) with Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar automation tools.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
• Solid skills in Excel/Google Sheets; basic knowledge of SQL or Python is a plus.
• Clear communicator and proactive problem solver, comfortable working with international and cross-functional teams.
• Eager to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
