Role overview
The roles within this team form part of the Digital Resilience as a Service framework, collaborating closely with Group Information Security and Allianz Technology to ensure consistent execution of security processes, reliable risk insights, and alignment with Group-wide security policies and standards.

The Opt-Out Process Rollout Analyst will support the implementation, execution, and continuous improvement of the Group-wide vulnerability management opt-out process. This role ensures that opt-out requests are consistently documented, risk-assessed, and aligned with Information Security requirements. It contributes to strengthening governance, transparency, and decision-making around risk acceptance within the Allianz Group.
The role collaborates with Operating Entities, Group Information Security, and technical teams to ensure correct risk registration, clear documentation, and adherence to Group policies.
What you do:
- Coordinate the rollout, tracking, and lifecycle management of opt-out requests related to vulnerability management.
- Ensure proper risk registration in GRC tools (e.g., Archer), including completeness, justification, and required evidence.
- Review documentation submitted by Operating Entities and ensure alignment with Group Information Security standards.
- Support stakeholders in understanding the opt-out process, related requirements, and mandatory steps.
- Act as liaison between technical teams, risk management, and governance stakeholders.
- Identify process gaps and contribute to improving workflows, consistency, and documentation.
What you bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Experience in governance, risk, or compliance processes within Information Security.
- Understanding of vulnerability management concepts and risk treatment workflows.
- Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to structure information, analyze documentation, and manage process dependencies.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive mindset.
Preferred qualifications: - Experience with GRC platforms such as Archer.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks or regulatory requirements (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.).
- Prior work in multinational or regulated environments.
