Product Management and Distribution EMEA Intern

Our Supply Chain Planning department is looking for an intern to support the team in the coordination and execution of key planning activities, contributing to demand forecasting, inventory management, and the overall optimization of supply processes across collections and seasons.

Your role will be:

Product Management:

• Oversee stock movements across stores/countries/regions, ensuring optimal product availability in line with sales trends and business objectives.
• Coordinate and execute rebalances and return to warehouse and Track and report stock movements and product flow KPIs
• Analyze ST performance to identify overstock and shortage situations, recommending and executing rebalancing actions to maximize sales and minimize stock depreciation.

Supply Chain Distribution Support:

• Provide weekly analysis and reporting for the PERM/CO offer.
• Analyze regional stock levels and communicate request to central teams.
• Assist with daily store customer requests.
• Support daily replenishment and distribution for assigned product categories.

Perfume/Home Scent Merchandising support:

• Assist in weekly/monthly sales analysis and reporting for Perfumes and Home Scents categories.
• Optimize stock levels by managing stock rebalancing and replenishment orders, ensuring week cover and sell-through targets are met.
• Conduct periodic assortment reviews and propose action plans in collaboration with Visual Merchandising (VM) and stores.
• Coordinate all supply chain activities related to planning and store orders. This includes liaising with Perfumes subsidiaries on purchase orders, following up on deliveries with the logistics team, and coordinating with the Central team for Home Scent delivery details.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (store, logistics, subsidiaries), ensuring clear and effective communication.
