Propósito del rol:


Como Omnichannel & Digital Manager, serás responsable de liderar la estrategia digital y omnicanal de la organización, asegurando la mejor experiencia para nuestros clientes y stakeholders. Este rol incluye la gestión de un equipo de 2 personas y la colaboración con equipos cross-funcionales para impulsar la transformación digital y alcanzar los objetivos de negocio.

Tu objetivo será construir iniciativas innovadoras que integren los canales digitales con los canales tradicionales y las estrategias comerciales, basándote en insights y datos, mientras desarrollas capacidades digitales dentro del equipo y la organización.

Responsabilidades principales:

1. Desarrollo de Estrategias Omnicanal y Digital:

  • Definir e implementar una estrategia omnicanal alineada con las necesidades del cliente y los objetivos de negocio en colaboración estrecha con los equipos regionales y globales.
  • Diseñar e implementar estrategias digitales para aumentar el compromiso del cliente y mejorar la eficiencia operativa.

2. Liderazgo y Transformación Digital:

  • Capacidad para definir y transmitir una visión omnicanal clara que inspire al equipo y motive a la organización hacia la transformación.
  • Excelente habilidad de comunicación para alinear a todos los departamentos con los objetivos de omnicanalidad.
  • Liderar el equipo digital (2 personas) para alcanzar resultados estratégicos y garantizar una visión cohesiva.
  • Promover una cultura de innovación y digitalización en la organización.

3. Data-Driven Insights y Optimización:

  • Competencia para articular de forma sencilla y motivadora las metas digitales, impulsando el cambio y el compromiso organizacional.
  • Analizar datos de mercado, tendencias y comportamiento de clientes para tomar decisiones estratégicas.
  • Establecer KPIs claros y desarrollar métricas para evaluar el impacto de las iniciativas digitales.

4. Gestión de Proyectos Digitales:

  • Coordinar iniciativas digitales en colaboración con equipos globales y locales.
  • Gestionar la implementación de nuevas herramientas y plataformas digitales para mejorar la experiencia del cliente.

5. Desarrollo de Capacidades Digitales:

  • Aumentar las capacidades digitales del equipo y la organización y fomentar una mentalidad ágil y colaborativa.
  • Identificar oportunidades de mejora en procesos digitales y promover la adopción de nuevas tecnologías.

6. Experiencia del Cliente:

  • Comprender el customer journey y desarrollar estrategias digitales que mejoren la experiencia del cliente.
  • Asegurar la armonización de los canales digitales para una experiencia omnicanal fluida.

¿Por qué tu?

Requisitos Básicos:

  • Licenciatura en Marketing, Administración de Empresas, Comunicación, Ciencias o disciplinas relacionadas.
  • Experiencia de al menos 5 años en roles relacionados con estrategia digital, marketing digital o transformación omnicanal.
  • Conocimiento sólido en disciplinas digitales: SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, marketing de contenidos y plataformas digitales.
  • Experiencia en diseño e implementación de estrategias omnicanales.
  • Capacidad para analizar datos y convertirlos en insights estratégicos claros.
  • Inglés avanzado (escrito y hablado).

Requisitos Deseables:

  • Experiencia previa liderando equipos pequeños.
  • Familiaridad con herramientas digitales como Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Brandwatch, Semrush o similares.
  • Mentalidad innovadora, proactiva y pasión por la transformación digital.
  • Habilidades de gestión de proyectos y capacidad de priorización en entornos dinámicos.
  • Conocimiento de metodologías ágiles.
