Juventud y Cultura nació en el año 1974 al servicio de las familias y Centros Educativos para colaborar en el proceso de aprendizaje y perfeccionamiento de un idioma potenciando, al mismo tiempo, el conocimiento del bagaje cultural de otros países para lograr una excelente convivencia y solidaridad entre países.

Juventud y Cultura fue fundarora de ASEPROCE (Asociación Española de Promotores de Cursos en el Extranjero) y de FIYTO (Federation of International Youth Travel Organizations). Ambas organizaciones agrupan a gran parte de los profesionales del sector legalmente constituidos en el ámbito nacional e internacional. También pertenece a AECAE (Agrupación Educativa de Cursos Académicos en el Extranjero), ALTO (Association of Language Travel Organisations), IAPA (International Au Pair Association). Posee también el galardón al Mérito Turístico con distintivo de plata.

Juventud y Cultura dispone del certificado del Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad sugún la norma BS EN ISO 9001:2000 (acreditación UKAS) para las actividades de gestión de cursos de idiomas en España y en el Extranjero y desarrollo y coordinación de cursos en España (campamentos infantiles).

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an International Exchange Program Coordinator located in Madrid. The coordinator will oversee the day-to-day management of international exchange programs, ensuring smooth implementation of activities and adherence to schedules. Responsibilities include designing, implementing, and evaluating programs, maintaining effective communication with participants and partners, and addressing any issues that may arise. The individual will also work on promoting the program, assisting with educational content development, and ensuring cultural exchange goals are met.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Program Management and Project Management
  • Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency
  • Knowledge of or experience in Education and International Relations
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and work collaboratively in an on-site setting
  • Proven organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in both Spanish and English is beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as International Relations, Education, or Management
