Position Details

You will be joining the Air Freight Division, a dynamic and fast-growing team split into two key areas: Pricing and Operations. As part of the Operations sub-department, you will report directly to the Air Freight Coordinator – Operations and work alongside a group of energetic, motivated professionals dedicated to excellence in air freight services. Key Responsibilities

· Handle air shipments end to end.

· Communicate with clients, suppliers, and customs brokers.

· Prepare and manage shipment documentation.

· Process invoicing for shipments and suppliers.

· Assist in managing quotations for recurring shipments.

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree and/or educational background in transport/logistics

· Minimum 1 year of experience preferred in freight operations.

· Fluent in English and Spanish.

· Proficient in MS Excel.
