Traveling means discovering each destination's highlights, and in Spain, food stands out: from premium olive oils to fresh vegetables, seafood, and ham, it's a country where culinary traditions invite you to indulge. This rich culinary landscape also provides a dynamic backdrop for exploring integrated marketing communications—including advertising, public relations, and digital promotion—through the lens of Spain's thriving local food industry and globally recognized brands. Students will delve into this lucrative sector, gaining valuable insights into export markets, global brand positioning, and the entrepreneurial opportunities within the gourmet food industry—all while experiencing the best of Spain's culinary excellence.

Minimum Qualifications

• Master's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Communication, or a closely related field (Ph.D. valued).
• University-level teaching experience required; experience teaching U.S. undergraduates highly valued.
• Ability to teach in English (course conducted entirely in English).
• Experience with experiential learning or study abroad settings strongly preferred.
