Introduction To The Vacant Position
The Pluripotency for organ regeneration Group is looking for a Laboratory Technician to develop CARDIOPRINT project of advanced multifunctional 3D biofabrication for the generation of human-scale computer-engineered therapeutic cardiac tissue.

Main Tasks And Responsibilities
Generation of cardiac reporter cell lines from human pluripotent stem cells

Generation of cardiac cells for the assembly of cardiac constructs

Implementation of cardiac engineered cells into microfluidic devices to model disease.

Maintenance of human pluripotent stem cells

Requirements For Candidates
Degree in biology, biotechnology, biomedical engineering, biology, electrical engineering, or similar areas

Previous experience in cell culture and human pluripotent stem cells manipulation.

Previous experience in the use of microfluidic systems to steer human pluripotent stem cells differentiation will be very positively evaluated.

Competencies and skills: Excellent communication and teamworking skills, proactivity, commitment, critical and analytical thinking

High level of English
