YOUR ROLE
- Coordinate and manage a range of regulatory activities for plant protection products, including post-submission support, with minimal supervision.
- Develop registration strategies for plant protection products and/or active substances, working independently.
- Communicate and collaborate closely with clients to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities to ensure compliance, providing updates and guidance as needed.
- Coordinate in-country registrations in collaboration with local knoell teams or partners.
- Prepare application documents, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements.
- Stay informed on new regulatory developments and share relevant updates within the knoell Regulatory Affairs Division.
- Clarify project scope and objectives with clients, ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide guidance and support to junior colleagues, reviewing their work for quality and accuracy.
- Work with global partners to facilitate the timely delivery of client requests, with support from senior colleagues.
- Create and distribute knowledge-sharing materials, enhancing knoell's visibility both internally and externally.
- Proactively identify potential additional client needs and recommend solutions to support project success.
YOUR PROFILE
- Master's degree or higher in Agricultural Sciences, Biology, Environmental Science, Toxicology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs within a consultancy or 5-10 years in the industry.
- Strong project management skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English, with additional languages being a plus.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and detail-oriented skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in multicultural teams.
- Eagerness to develop expertise and contribute proactively in a team environment.
