About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Static Graphic Designer to join our creative team. You will play a crucial role in developing visually striking, high-impact compositions, primarily for social media and digital campaigns. Your expertise in photo montage, advanced retouching, and strong Figma and Illustrator skills, particularly in vector design, will be essential in crafting powerful promotional visuals that capture audience attention.

Beyond creating outstanding designs, you will be responsible for managing and organizing all graphic assets intended for our social media platforms. You will ensure that every piece aligns with our branding and is efficiently stored for future adaptations. Main Responsibilities

• Create stunning, high-quality static graphics for social media, promotional materials, and advertising.
• Perform advanced photo manipulation, composition, and retouching to achieve impactful visuals.
• Develop layered and well-structured Photoshop files to ensure flexibility for future adaptations.
• Manage and organize all graphic assets for social media, ensuring efficient storage and easy access for the team.
• Work extensively with Figma and Illustrator, especially for vector-based designs and layouts.
• Optimize and prepare designs for various formats (digital, print, large-scale panels, posters, roll-ups, etc.).
• Maintain visual consistency and brand identity across all creative assets.
• Work with the team to brainstorm and execute new visual concepts that enhance storytelling.
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in every design, from typography to color grading.

Requirements

• Expert-level Photoshop skills, particularly in photo manipulation, compositing, and advanced retouching.
• Strong experience in graphic design for social media, print, and promotional visuals.
• Proficiency in Figma and Illustrator, with a strong focus on vector design and layout structuring.
• Highly organized, with the ability to efficiently manage and structure design files and assets.
• Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring all designs are pixel-perfect and meet brand guidelines.
• Solid understanding of light, color correction, textures, and composition to create realistic and artistic photomontages.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high creative standards.
• A strong portfolio showcasing high-end photo compositions, vector-based designs, and static visuals.
• Flexibility in working hours, with availability to work occasional weekends due to the nature of entertainment and football events.

Bonus skills:

• Experience with 3D elements for enhanced compositions (Cinema 4D, Blender, or equivalent).
• Knowledge of basic motion graphics (After Effects) for minor animation work.
