equipo legal
de la división Asset Co, buscamos un/a abogado/a con experiencia en el sector de energías renovables y agua. La persona seleccionada prestará soporte a las líneas de negocio orientadas al
desarrollo de proyectos
, la
compraventa de energía/agua (PPAs/WPAs)
, y
adquisición y financiación de activos y sociedades (M&A)
, contribuyendo de forma directa a la expansión en entornos nacionales e internacionales.

Responsabilidades Principales

  • Asesoramiento en la negociación, redacción y cierre de contratos PPAs y WPAs, tanto físicos como financieros.
  • Asesoramiento integral y apoyo contractual en el desarrollo de proyectos de energía renovable.
  • Revisión de contratos EPC y O&M de proyectos dentro y fuera de España.
  • Operaciones de adquisición (M&A) y financiación (Project Finance) de activos y sociedades.
  • Conocimiento del marco regulatorio y del ciclo de vida de proyectos renovables.

Formación y Requisitos

  • Grado en Derecho.
  • Máster en Asesoría Jurídica de Empresas, Derecho de la Energía o Derecho de los Negocios.
  • 5 - 6 años de experiencia
    en asesoramiento jurídico en el sector energético (empresa o despacho).
  • Conocimientos en
    PPAs, WPAs, y M&A.
  • Familiaridad con el marco regulatorio de renovables, autoconsumo e hibridación.
  • Nivel alto de francés
    (oral y escrito). Valorable inglés.
  • Perfil autónomo, analítico y orientado al negocio, con capacidad de trabajo en entornos internacionales.
