Buscamos a un/a
Senior QA Engineer
que cumpla los siguientes requisitos:

  • Grado Universitario en Ingeniería Informática.
  • Mínimo
    5 años de experiencia como QA.
  • Mínimo
    3 años de experiencia automatizando
    con
    Cypress
    o
    Robot Framework.
  • Experiencia con
    Postman
    o
    SoapUI.
  • Experiencia en cliente final o empresa de producto.

Respecto a las funciones, estas son las siguientes:

  • Apoyar en el diseño y ejecución de estrategias de QA, asegurando plena alineación con los objetivos de negocio y metas de desarrollo.
  • Participar en la especificación de requisitos, actuando como intermediario entre negocio, PMs y desarrolladores, contribuyendo a la definición de historias de usuario claras y testeables.
  • Realizar verificación, validación y certificación para Web, Móvil y API utilizando pruebas funcionales, de integración, usabilidad, rendimiento, aceptación, exploratorias y de regresión.
  • Ejecutar, analizar y documentar resultados de pruebas, asegurando trazabilidad completa y gestión documental.
  • Gestionar y monitorear defectos durante las fases de prueba y aquellos reportados en entornos de producción.
  • Revisar casos y escenarios de prueba diseñados por otros miembros del equipo QA, garantizando calidad y consistencia.
  • Analizar y perfeccionar casos de prueba para su inclusión en planes de regresión.
  • Promover el uso de BDD para mejorar la alineación entre pruebas y requisitos de negocio, participando en la planificación e identificando posibles ambigüedades temprano en el desarrollo.
  • Asegurar que las pruebas automatizadas estén integradas en pipelines CI/CD.
  • Identificar e implementar mejoras en los procesos de prueba y en el ciclo de vida de QA.
  • Proporcionar orientación, formación y mentoría a miembros del equipo QA con menos experiencia, en línea con los estándares del departamento.
  • Colaborar con los equipos para validar evidencias de prueba, asegurar cobertura completa de requisitos y apoyar tanto pruebas manuales como automatizadas en aplicaciones web y móviles.
  • Identificar, documentar y comunicar errores de manera clara y precisa.
  • Aprender y apoyar herramientas de automatización de pruebas como Cypress y Robot Framework

Las condiciones son:

  • Contrato indefinido con cliente final.
  • Modalidad híbrida al principio, más tarde prácticamente remota.
  • Salario hasta 43.000€ + bonus.
