We are looking for a
Tech Lead Full Stack (Java + Angular)
to lead the development and lifecycle of strategic IT products for a key client in the international banking sector. Our hubs in
Madrid, Málaga, and Warsaw
are driving transformation through cutting-edge technology.

Job Description

WHAT WILL BE YOUR ROLE:
As a
Full Stack Tech Lead
, you will guide and inspire a development squad to deliver best-in-class software. You'll take ownership of architecture, engineering standards, and technical mentoring.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • 5+ years' experience with
    Java and Spring Framework
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    TypeScript + Angular
    .
  • Solid SQL and relational DB experience.
  • Microservices architecture knowledge.
  • Experience with testing tools (JUnit, Jasmine, Karma).
  • Experience with tools like Stencil is a plus.
  • Leadership skills and agile mindset.
  • Fluency in
    English and Spanish
    (required).

EDUCATION:

  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
