Funciones y responsabilidades
- Gestión de actividad comercial junto a Agentes Comerciales multicartera
- Presentación de producto (calzado de seguridad BASE y guantes de protección ATG) en distribuidores generalistas (Suministros Industriales, Ferreterías…)
- Propuesta de valor de las marcas y presentación de las mismas en tiendas
- Respuesta técnica a necesidades detectadas
- Posicionamiento de producto/precio/servicio
- Integración en equipo comercial nacional
- Area Sales Managers
- Retail Channel Manager
- Delegados comerciales multicartera del Canal Retail
- Reporte directo a la Dirección Comercial de Base Protection Group
Perfil
- Experiencia mínima en el sector de 5 años
- Conocimiento de los principales distribuidores
- Trabajo con equipos de ventas con perfil multicartera
- Titulación media o superior, preferiblemente con formación técnica y formación comercial
- Ofimática a nivel usuario (Excel, CRM…)
- Orientación a resultados
- Carácter abierto, buena comunicación, iniciativa y automotivación
- Valorable conocimientos de inglés e italiano
- Ubicación: Por determinar, preferiblemente País Vasco
Objetivos
- Potenciación de la presencia de las marcas en el Canal Retail
- Canalización de ventas a través de la red de distribución
- Captación de nuevos clientes
