Técnico/a de Soporte
de Telecomunicaciones/Redes
Nivel 2
con al menos 3 años de experiencia en análisis/resolución de incidencias de redes y especializado en ciberseguridad. Orientado a la evolución inmediata o a corto plazo dentro de la empresa a las actividades de Ingeniero Técnico de Preventa.

Funciones

  • Visitas a clientes para tomar requerimientos de nuevos proyectos o cambios en su arquitectura de red.
  • Diseño, implementación, configuración y administración de soluciones de red avanzadas basadas en los requerimientos corporativos del cliente.
  • Diseño y ejecución de configuraciones y pruebas de validación de "Proof of Concept" en las instalaciones del cliente para demostrar las capacidades de la solución Teldat adaptadas a los requisitos del cliente.
  • Preparación y mantenimiento de documentación (procedimientos, informes, diagramas de red, etc.) asociada a los diferentes tipos de solicitudes.
  • Generación de servicios y/u ofertas de hardware.
  • RFI / RFQ / RFP completo en colaboración con el departamento comercial y Marketing del Producto.
  • Preparar y ejecutar presentaciones técnicas sobre nuestros servicios y productos, junto con el área comercial.
  • Elaborar propuestas técnicas detalladas a diversos públicos dentro de la organización del cliente.

Requisitos

  • Título de Ingeniero de Telecomunicación o FP similar.
  • Conocimiento demostrable en entornos de red basados en CLI y/o SD/GUI.
  • Experiencia de servicios basados en SD-WAN y Ciberseguridad.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar.

Valorable

  • Certificaciones de la industria como CCNA / CCNP o experiencia comparable.
  • Habilidades demostrables de ventas / preventa.
  • Certificaciones relacionadas con la ciberseguridad.
  • Inglés avanzado.
