OUTER IN is looking for a high-level Social Media Creative & Strategist to lead our presence across Instagram, TikTok Channels. This role requires a hybrid mindset: creative, conceptual, and visually driven, combined with a strong technical understanding of how social platforms work to achieve real growth and engagement

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a cohesive, platform-specific social media strategy for Instagram and TikTok.
  • Create high-quality content (video, photo, edits, storytelling formats, conceptual pieces).
  • Stay ahead of trends and identify opportunities for brand visibility and relevance.
  • Manage posting schedules, engagement, and community building.

Analyse KPIs and optimise performance based on data-driven insights.

  • Work closely with the creative and product teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Support content for launches, campaigns, and collaborations.

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience in Social Media, Content Creation, or Digital Strategy.
  • Strong creative eye with a proven ability to produce visually compelling content.
  • Proficient in mobile-first video editing and digital content tools.
  • Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp Channels (algorithms, formats, analytics, growth levers).
  • Highly organised, autonomous, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Languages required: English and Spanish (fluency in both).
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Barcelona.

What We Offer

  • Location: Barcelona, Spain (Passeig de Gràcia)
  • Contract: Full-time, 40 hours/week
  • Salary Range: €2,000–€3,000/month (depending on experience)
