IMPORTANT: This position is on-site in Valencia, Spain.
We can provide relocation assistance if you're outside of the city or country.
We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst to transform data into actionable insights that drive product strategy, growth, and monetization. In this role, you'll work closely with product, growth, content, and engineering teams to better understand our users, optimize engagement, and maximize revenue.
Responsibilities:
• Business Analytics
- Analyze user behavior, content performance, and product decisions to uncover opportunities;
- Deliver actionable insights to stakeholders across product, growth, gamification and monetization;
- Lead and manage A/B tests to optimize pricing, monetization models, gamification and user experience;
- Improve user experiments and boost engagement recommendations.
• Revenue & Economics Analytics
- Monitor and analyze the products economy (currencies, subscriptions, prices, gamification, loyalty program and etc.);
- Evaluate pricing strategies, promotions, and offers for ROI and retention impact;
- Provide insights into revenue streams and recommend optimizations to maximize value.
• Marketing & Growth Analytics
- Partner with marketing teams to evaluate campaign performance, acquisition costs, and user LTV;
- Support segmentation and performance of acquisition and retention and validate performance metrics.
• Reporting, Storytelling & Presentations
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports in tools like PowerBI, or similar;
- Ensure stakeholders have access to accurate, real-time data;
- Translate complex datasets into clear, compelling stories that inform decision-making;
- Prepare high-quality PowerPoint presentations that clearly communicate behavioral insights and strategic recommendations to executives and cross-functional teams.
- 3+ years of experience in analytics, BI, or business analysis;
- Strong skills in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets is a must;
- Proficiency with PowerBI is a must;
- Experience in Python would be a strong advantage;
- Background in consumer mobile apps, gaming, or entertainment is a big advantage;
- Excellent communication skills, able to present insights clearly to both technical and non technical audiences;
- Proven ability to create executive-ready presentations with a sharp understanding of user behavior and business impact.
