Administration Intern – VLC Photonics (Hitachi Group)

Paterna/ Valencia, Spain | Full-time | Paid Internship l On-site / hybrid


Are you looking to kick-start your career in a high‑tech international environment?

This internship is a great chance to learn how an Administration Department operates inside a cutting-edge international company. You'll support real daily operations such as travel coordination, expense management, and documentation handling, gaining hands-on experience from day one.

Your m
ain responsibilities


• Support with travel management, including booking flights, hotels, and transport for employees.


• Assist with the review and recording of expenses and invoices.


• Help organize and maintain administrative and accounting documentation.


• Support internal processes and collaborate with other departments when needed.


• Provide general administrative support to the team.


What you will learn


• How a Finance & Administration Department works in an international setting.


• Internal processes related to expense control, travel policies, and vendor management.


• Use of corporate tools such as ERP systems, Excel, and Odoo.


• Communication and teamwork in a multicultural environment.


Requirements


• High level of English (our main working language).


• Studies related to administration, operations, or finance.


• Strong organizational and communication skills.


• Proactive and reliable attitude with willingness to learn.


• Availability to work on-site in Paterna.
