You will play a key role in shaping how  scales its technology, products, and partnerships—helping define the strategic direction of a fast-growing AI company operating at the forefront of responsible innovation.

What you'll be doing

Strategic & Transformation Initiatives

• Drive and support 
  high-impact strategic initiatives
   across the business, including:
• Evolution of 's 
  AI platforms and value proposition
• Go-to-market and pricing strategy refinement
• Scaling enterprise delivery and operational models
• Strategic partnerships and ecosystem development
• Build and analyze 
  financial, business, and scenario models
   to assess new opportunities, including:
• New industry verticals and use cases
• Product and platform extensions
• Strategic partnerships or potential M&A opportunities
• Conduct 
  market, competitor, and technology landscape analysis
   to inform executive decision-making
• Identify performance gaps and growth opportunities through 
  data-driven analysis
  , translating insights into concrete recommendations
• Define 
  KPIs and success metrics
  , track progress of strategic initiatives, and ensure follow-through from decision to execution

Cross-functional Strategic Projects

• Collaborate closely with 
  Product, Engineering, Sales, Research, Finance, and Operations
   to:
• Gather inputs
• Test assumptions
• Support implementation of strategic initiatives
• Create 
  structured executive-level materials
   (presentations, dashboards, written briefs) to clearly communicate insights, trade-offs, and recommendations
• Support alignment across teams by:
• Coordinating workstreams
• Managing timelines and dependencies
• Ensuring stakeholders remain aligned on shared objectives
• Act as a connective layer between strategy and execution, ensuring ideas translate into operational reality

What you need to succeed

• 1-3 years of experience
   in strategy, operations, corporate development, consulting, or strategic planning—ideally within a high-growth tech or deep-tech environment
• Strong 
  analytical and quantitative skills
  , with hands-on experience building models in Excel or Google Sheets
• Proven ability to operate in 
  ambiguous, fast-moving environments
  , balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
• Strong problem-solving skills, with experience:
• Identifying root causes
• Evaluating options
• Driving structured, practical solutions
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to:
• Simplify complex topics (AI, data, strategy)
• Build clear narratives
• Influence cross-functional and senior stakeholders
• High ownership mindset, curiosity, and willingness to go deep where needed
• Fluent 
  English
   required; Spanish or other European languages are a plus
• Based in 
  Madrid
