The Job:

We are seeking an DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role involves creating solutions to our clients in the trade finance, credit assessment and compliance space.

The Company:

Top Code S.L.U. is the newly established Madrid-based development hub of KS‑TF AG, created to internalize and strengthen the company's software engineering capabilities. As a wholly owned subsidiary, Top Code S.L.U- unites a team of 15+ experienced developers specializing in Artificial Intelligence, FinTech, and the proprietary KS-TF software suite.

Responsibilities


•
Co-lead and manage DevOps operations with the CTO across AWS, Azure, and on-premise environments


• Architect, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructures (AWS, Azure Cloud, GCP) using Terraform (IaC)


• Build, modify and optimize CI/CD pipelines with GitLab CI/CD, FluxCD, or similar tools for automated deployments


• Implement monitoring, observability, and security layers with Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Mimir


• Design and maintain multi-environment deployment workflows (dev, staging, demo)


• Collaborate with Frontend and Backend teams to integrate backend services, APIs, and automation scripts


• Review and enforce code quality, security, and DevSecOps best practices using tools like SonarQube


• Support backend development in Python, assisting in the design of scalable APIs and microservices


• Support deployment of Python / Java solutions, assisting in the design of scalable APIs and microservices


• Participate in R&D initiatives to evaluate and test emerging technologies (LLMs, vector DBs, AI inference)


• Document and maintain infrastructure, CI/CD, and operational standards for the engineering team

Required Skills:


•
6+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering roles


• Hands-on expertise with AWS, Azure services and Terraform (IaC)


• Experience working on Gitops in production environments


• Experience designing architectures and managing cloud environments (AWS, Azure, hybrid, or on-prem)


• Proven experience with Gitlab CI/CD pipelines (or similar), Docker, and Kubernetes


• Strong Python development skills for backend and automation tasks


• Advanced knowledge of monitoring, observability, and DevSecOps best practices


• Experience implementing monitoring and logging with Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Mimir, and related stacks


• Experience with SonarQube and software quality analysis tools


• Familiarity with data pipelines (Kafka, Apache Airflow) and distributed systems


• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a collaborative team mindset

Preferred Qualifications:


•
Experience in financial services or SaaS (multi-tenant architectures)


• Knowledge of compliance and security standards (GDPR, ISO 27001)


• Familiarity with messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ)


• Ability to support Java, Python, and React development teams


• Experience managing on-premise or hybrid deployments


• Knowledge of AI/ML models and APIs (LLMs, LMMs like GPT-4, Llama, Falcon) and their deployment


• Knowledge of NVIDIA tools (NeMo, NIM) for model deployment on local environments


• Cloud certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator, Kubernetes CKA) are a plus
