Role: Private Equity Senior Depositary Analyst
Role Location: Valencia    
Employment Type: Full time Permanent

Role summary:

As a Senior Depositary Analyst, you will ensure clients are monitored in accordance with AIFMD and adhere to Apex's internal policies. You will assist the Assistant Manager or Manager in the management of the team as well as the training and mentoring of new starters.

Key responsibilities:

  • Performing reviews and collect evidence for capital, investment and cash transactions.

  • Performing quarterly bank and capital account reconciliations between the depositary and the AIFs.

  • Acquiring and reviewing evidence in support of the independence and qualification of the investment valuation process.

  • Ensuring that investment ledgers are reconciled and up to date with those of AIF.
     

Skills / experience:

  • 1 + years of experience in the banking sector is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

  • Attention to detail.

  • Excellent time management and presentation skills.

Must have:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field, with a master's degree preferred.
