What You'll Do
- Own and develop test strategies for each SDK and feature update.
- Evaluate automation return on investment for CI/CD pipelines.
- Complete tests ensuring compatibility across platforms.
- Review bug reports for accuracy and relevance.
- Identify and advance critical bugs based on risk analysis.
- Research and recommend new tools to improve testing.
- Coach and mentor QA Engineers, driving their professional growth.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in mobile game development.
- Proficiency in Unity 3D, Android, iOS, and SDKs.
- Strong understanding of client-server systems.
- Experience developing Python scripts and Mac terminal commands.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to build and implement effective test strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring QA teams.
