How you will shape Prophero:

• Manage all aspects related to homeowner communities, including the creation/constitution of new communities, coordination of meetings, and preparation of official documentation.
• Lead communication and coordination with external property administrators (administradores de fincas) to ensure proper day-to-day operations of each community.
• Oversee maintenance providers (cleaning, gardening, elevators, repairs) and ensure service levels, contract compliance, and timely resolution of incidents.
• Prepare, manage, and monitor annual community budgets, including expense planning, reserve funds, and proposing/communicating special assessments when required.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory obligations related to community management, including record-keeping, meeting minutes, documentation, and communication with public authorities.
• Act as the main point of contact for homeowners: address inquiries, mediate conflicts, and ensure community rules and building standards are upheld.
• Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date administrative records for each community (minutes, contracts, financials, provider agreements).
• Conduct periodic site visits to communities to verify the condition of common areas and ensure proper functioning of all shared services and installations.

What you will bring to our team:

• Experience in community management, property administration, or working within a property management office (administración de fincas).
• Strong knowledge of homeowners' association operations, common area management, and relevant property regulations.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating with property administrators, service providers, and multiple stakeholders.\
• Solid understanding of budgeting, financial oversight, and community expense management.
• Strong organizational skills with proven ability to handle documentation, minutes, contracts, and legal compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to interact effectively with homeowners, administrators, and suppliers.
• Ability to conduct on-site inspections and ensure issues are identified and resolved promptly.
• High reliability, attention to detail, and ownership over the communities under management.
