Financial Planning Analyst

What You'll Be Doing…

• Elaborate deviation and profitability analysis
  (by business unit, channel, geographic areas...)
  identifying financial improvement areas to increase the profitability of the company.
• Develop and prepare Business Plan and Forecasts.
• Identify overperforming and underperforming areas, understanding the reasons, suggesting potential solutions, and evaluating the impact of the issue on financials in the forecast
• Elaborate key presentations and associated analysis to support Top Management and Board Requirements.
• Build financial models, KPIs, Dashboards and provide analytical support to business initiatives.
• Scenario and sensitivity analysis regarding changes in key drivers: revenue, margin, churn, etc.

What we need from you…

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Degree in Business Administration and Accounting and/or Law, or related fields.
• Knowledge of technology companies.
• Advanced English level (C1).
• Advanced level in excel, powerpoint and other analytical tools.
• Knowledge of BI tools (Tableau) and ability to work with databases and knowledge of SQL
• Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems.
• Results-oriented with a focus on excellence.
• Resilience to maintain high performance under pressure.
• Initiative to propose improvements and innovative solutions.
• Collaborative spirit and ability to work effectively in a team.
