Desde el grupo Robert Walters nos encontramos en búsqueda de un Performance Marketing Specialist para un importante empresa del sector de la tecnología financiera en Madrid:

Tus funciones:

  • Captación, cualificación y seguimiento de leads a través de redes sociales, especialmente Meta y LinkedIn.
  • Gestión y mantenimiento del CRM (Zoho): registro, segmentación y actualización de oportunidades.
  • Diseño, ejecución y optimización de campañas de marketing digital, así como análisis de rendimiento y elaboración de informes periódicos.

  • Colaboración estrecha con el equipo de Tecnología y diseño web para:

  • Analizar el comportamiento de la web.

  • Proponer mejoras y coordinar su implantación.

  • Redactar copys y contenidos enfocados a conversión.

  • Coordinación continua con el equipo de ventas para asegurar la alineación de objetivos y estrategias.

  • Creación constante de contenidos para LinkedIn y otras redes sociales, incluyendo publicaciones, textos y propuestas creativas.

Tus requisitos:

  • Experiencia previa en marketing digital, captación de leads y gestión de campañas.
  • Manejo de plataformas de publicidad digital, principalmente Meta Ads y LinkedIn Ads.
  • Dominio de CRM, preferiblemente Zoho (o experiencia demostrable en algún CRM similar).
  • Conocimientos de analítica digital (Google Analytics, métricas de redes sociales, KPIs de conversión).
  • Capacidad para redactar contenido claro, profesional y orientado a resultados.
  • Habilidad para trabajar de forma coordinada con equipos multidisciplinares (tecnología, ventas y diseño).
  • Organización, iniciativa y orientación a objetivos
