We are looking for a
Marketplace & Digital Operations Specialist
to join our digital team and manage HOFF's presence across national and international marketplaces. You will be responsible for product catalog management, integrations, compliance with platform requirements, and operational follow-up. You'll also work closely with our Logistics, CX, and E-commerce teams to ensure a premium service level.

Key Responsibilities

:

Product catalog management:
Ensure the correct upload, update, and optimization of catalogs across different marketplaces.

Integrations and technical requirements:
Oversee and coordinate integrations with partners and platforms to guarantee smooth operations.

Compliance:
Ensure product listings meet the specific requirements of each marketplace.

Operational follow-up:
Support the Customer Experience team in managing orders, shipments, returns, and any related incidents.

Marketplace relations:
Act as the main point of contact with marketplace account management teams.

Analysis & reporting:
Monitor KPIs related to sales, returns, and catalog availability, proposing improvement actions.

Here's the kind of profile we're looking for

  • Education: Bachelor's degree University degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Languages: luent English (spoken and written).
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience managing marketplaces (Zalando, Amazon, El Corte Inglés, Farfetch, etc.).
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of product integrations and catalog management tools. Experience with platforms such as ChannelEngine, Tradebyte, Mirakl, or similar. Familiarity with marketplace-related logistics processes.
  • Skills: Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities. Proactive, problem-solving, and results-oriented profile. Passion for fashion, e-commerce, and digital environments.
