The PDP/Project Assistance department is dedicated to supporting project managers in all aspects of project management, covering both administrative and financial tasks. By performing these functions, we achieve several objectives: we provide effective and close support to Project Managers, free up the management team to focus on high value-added tasks, and ensure good project governance through the guidelines of Arcadis Way.

Role Accountabilities:
As a junior, joining the team as a
Project Delivery & Performance Analyst
, you will:

• Ensure the financial interests of projects—profitability and Working Capital—are safeguarded.
• Actively participate in project financial management alongside project managers, pursuit leaders, and service leaders.
• Contribute across the full lifecycle of project delivery, from preparing financial offers, monitoring project performance, to implementing all necessary measures to achieve financial margin and working capital targets.
• Support and promote compliance with Arcadis processes and governance standards.

Required Degrees and Skills:

• BSc or MSc in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Full professional proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience with digital collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Microsoft Forms, and ERP platforms.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Solid understanding of both financial and technical aspects of project delivery.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal abilities, with a proven capacity to work effectively with diverse stakeholders—project managers, pursuit leaders, and service leaders.
• Teamwork, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
