Responsibilities

  • Conduct gap analysis of identified environments against documented policies, standards, and guidelines.
  • Conduct root cause analysis on issues/deficiencies identified.
  • Document current state processes where applicable, and document approved updated processes.
  • Execute approved action plans to close gaps identified and/or monitor, follow up, and report on the execution of the approved action plans by identified resources to closure.
  • The follow up with IT specialists and consultants on progress on deliverables.
  • The follow up with vendors on troubleshooting of issues related to Information Security.
  • The analysis of IT controls-related documentation.
  • Matching between documentation and policies/regulations.
  • The use of best practice standards.
  • The provision of technical expertise on risks and the required controls associated with First Caribbean's information security systems, where applicable.
  • Process reengineering and documentation.
  • The use of Microsoft Office, to support the required documentation.
